Pet toy part 3D design and mould 3D design need to be confirmed with client, then we can go on the molds steel cutting. The next process is pet toy mold machining. Include cnc milling tooling, drilling tooling, EDM, EDW, cnc engraving tooling, high speed cnc milling tooling, etc. When tooling job get done, will polish molds and go on the mold test.

Some client when see there is problem on the mold trail, then worry about the mold quality. Actually this is no need to worry about. The purpose of the mold test is in order to find the problem on the mold. So just don’t feel anxious when mold test have problem. As a professional mold factory, we will quickly improvement and make the mold test again. Most of the molds made by us maximum tested 3 times and then deliver them.

Once client confirm the mold trail samples quality, we can start to final step job for the delivery. Final job include fly cutting the mold out surface or paint the mold; Replace the cooling fittings with the ones client requested; Test mold cooling lines sealing; Make mold name plate and put it on the mold; Pack the moulds.

Mold core and cavity are all casting with anti-rust agent. The newest anti-rust agent is no colour, not like the old one with blue color. Pet toy mold with blue agent casting need to be clear in the beginning of injection molding, but no colour agent doesn’t need.
